1. General Refund Policy
Because our services are primarily customized and may involve time, strategy, creative work, research, planning, and resources committed specifically to a client, fees for services that have already been performed are generally non-refundable.
Before beginning a project, we encourage clients to review the scope of work, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and payment terms carefully.
Any refund or credit provided by Antonioagency is subject to this Refund Policy and, where applicable, the terms of the client's signed agreement, proposal, statement of work, or order.
2. Deposits and Initial Payments
Deposits, setup fees, onboarding fees, and initial payments may be non-refundable once work has begun or resources have been allocated to a project.
If Antonioagency has not yet started work and a cancellation request is received within an applicable cancellation period specified in the client's agreement, we may, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund.
Any applicable payment-processing fees or third-party costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
3. Monthly or Recurring Services
For recurring marketing services, clients may cancel future services in accordance with the cancellation terms contained in their agreement.
Cancellation generally stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for services already provided or for a billing period that has already begun.
If a client has prepaid for services that have not yet been performed, Antonioagency may consider a prorated refund depending on the applicable agreement and circumstances.
4. Project-Based Services
For fixed-price projects, payments may be divided into milestones or stages.
Once a particular stage of work has been completed or substantially completed, the corresponding payment is generally non-refundable.
If a project is canceled before completion, Antonioagency may determine whether a partial refund is appropriate based on:
Work already completed
Time and resources committed
Third-party expenses
Materials or deliverables already provided
Work that has been scheduled or reserved
The terms of the applicable agreement
5. Digital Content and Creative Services
Marketing materials, including but not limited to blog posts, website copy, SEO content, social media content, email campaigns, strategy documents, graphics, and other creative deliverables, are customized services.
Once substantial work has been performed or a deliverable has been supplied, fees associated with that work are generally non-refundable.
If a deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon project requirements, clients should contact us so that we can review the matter and, where appropriate, make reasonable revisions in accordance with the agreed scope of work.
6. Revisions
Where revisions are included in the agreed scope of work, we will provide them according to the applicable project terms.
Requests that materially change the original scope, direction, or requirements of a project may be treated as additional work and may result in additional charges.
Revision requests do not automatically qualify a client for a refund.
7. Cancellation by Antonioagency
If Antonioagency is unable to complete a project for reasons within our control, we may provide an appropriate refund or credit for prepaid services that have not been performed.
The amount of any refund will generally reflect the portion of services that has not been delivered, taking into account the applicable agreement.
8. Cancellation by the Client
Clients may cancel services according to the cancellation provisions in their agreement.
Cancellation does not eliminate payment obligations for services already performed, completed milestones, approved expenses, or other amounts that have become due.
If a client cancels a project after work has started, Antonioagency may retain amounts reasonably corresponding to work already performed and expenses incurred.
9. Non-Refundable Third-Party Costs
Certain services may require Antonioagency to purchase or pay for third-party services, advertising, software, media placements, subscriptions, domains, hosting, production, or other external resources.
Third-party costs that have already been incurred on a client's behalf are generally non-refundable unless the applicable third party provides a refund.
10. Advertising Spend
Advertising budgets paid to advertising platforms or other third parties are separate from Antonioagency's service fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once advertising funds have been spent or committed to an advertising platform, those amounts are generally not refundable by Antonioagency.
Any refund issued by an advertising platform will be handled according to that platform's applicable policies.

12. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, credit card company, payment processor, or other financial institution.
Antonioagency is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
13. Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, unauthorized, or otherwise requires review, please contact info@antonioagency.com so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
14. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any refund, cancellation, consumer, or other rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable federal, state, or local law.
Where applicable law provides a greater right to a refund or cancellation than this policy, the applicable law will control.

Antonioagency may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.
